What was expected to be a "normal" Dan Deacon performance (whatever that means) turned into something much more violent, much more vicious, much more...chaotic.
On October 29, 2011, two veteran gladiators met in the center ring under the watchful eye of Master Deacon. One hemisphere controlled by the Stone-Cold Grey Warrior, known to slaughter all who dare oppose him with hundreds of deaths in his past. Not willing to allow the Grey Warrior's carnage to persist, the Yellow King of Peace, bearing his red flower life-source, stood before evil and guarded the other hemisphere. All who witnessed the two champions of death glaring across the ring at each other knew many once innocent lives would soon be soiled. For as Master Deacon so eloquently phrased, "the Grey Warrior doesn't give a #%@!, he's gonna kill this guy! ... What they'll have a dance battle 'til the end. A battle like no other."
And so, just like the once mighty MJ did with a rubber chicken (or was that the Weird Al version?), each warrior "danced," spun, and shook in a chaotic pit of fury until both were declared departed.
This video was filmed on Saturday, October 29, 2011, at the Animoog Playground on the second day of Moogfest by The Tuned Inn.
